I can help you find and create an incredible ‘next’.
Change can be hard, especially when you can’t see, or even imagine, the path ahead. A lot of my clients tell me that they are ready for their ‘next’, but they just don’t know what that is. Some have been searching for a while, others are hoping that inspiration hits, and some attempt to crowd source the answer from family and friends only to end up more confused - or with great ideas for what other people want to do!
In over a decade of working as a career counsellor, coach and mentor with adult professionals, I have been struck by how many people, especially women, have left their interests and passions ‘on the shelf’ in order to prioritise others. As they approach their forties to fifties and beyond, there can be the realisation that there is more to explore and integrate. They are poised to have a Personal Renaissance – to create a new stage in life where they do interesting things, make a contribution, and feel energised and alive about themselves and what they are up to.
If this is you… you aren’t “past it”. You are poised to engage your passions and gain a renewed sense of purpose.
I help people to find and create this next stage. This process involves a lot of self-discovery and experimentation, and evolves over several months.
It’s my privilege to walk alongside you as you discover what’s now important to you. I’m here to provide the support for you to explore, ideate and ‘try on’ new ideas without second guessing yourself, staying stuck or deciding that you’ll just wait it out.

Write Your Next Chapter, with Careers Beyond Cancer
Write Your Next Chapter is a 12-week group coaching program, that helps you discover, design and create your next phase of life-work through supported exploratory exercises, conversations and reflections.
The Careers Beyond Cancer project was created after being awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2019 to investigate career services offered overseas for cancer patients and survivors.
With support from the Winston Churchill Trust and Career Wisdom plus partnerships with cancer charities, career programs and resources are available for working age people living with cancer, and beyond.

Join the Reinventee Revolution
Retirement was sold to previous generations during a time where life stages were considered in a linear fashion - education, marriage, family, only a few employers, then retirement and time to set work aside for fishing/bowling/knitting (insert favoured retirement pastimes here).
This however, is no longer necessarily the norm!
Many people still want to work in meaningful pursuits and engage in passions and community without identifying as a ‘retiree’.
If you see yourself more as a ‘reinventee’ than retiree, then Reinventees is the community for you!
